our cute neighbors josh and rachel are hoping to adopt!
they just submitted their papers with an agency and are now just waiting :)
they are so excited and are asking people to spread the word to anyone you know who is considering placing a child for adoption.
josh & rachel are such amazing parents and have so much to offer another child!
